Here's how it works! Wash out the big plastic container. Mix big cake mix with one cupful of water (the cup that is included). Stir w/ spoon! Put that in the microwave for 1 min 45 seconds. While that cooks, put the small frosting mix into cup. Mix with 3 spoonfulls of water. Stir.
When your cake is done, so is your frosting. Add sprinkles and the candle and whoala!
